Payments

  • All treatments must be paid for at the time of the appointment.
  • Payments can be made using multiple payment methods.
  • Treatments can be paid via the following methods. Surcharges may apply.

* Patients who wish to use these payment services must have a preapproved account prior to their appointment.

Deposits

  • All patients requesting a treatment with Respectable Injectables will be required to pay a deposit of $100. This will be deducted from the treatment price.
  • Unfortunately the booking system will request a deposit for each type of treatment. This means if a you select antiwrinkle and filler as two separate appointment types, the system will request a $200 deposit. Until the booking software changes and we can cap the deposit amount, we have created a ‘COMBO – Treatment‘ which covers antiwrinkle and filler at the same time. By selecting this appointment type you will only have to pay a single deposit amount of $100. It will help greatly if patients write in the comments section of the what they want so we can check that the appointment time will be long enough to accommodate everything. You can also email or message us directly if you want to mix and match other treatments and we can make the appointment for you, however you will still be expected to pay a deposit.
  • Deposits will be collected during the online booking process and automatically added to your appointment. Bookings made over the phone / SMS / Facebook / Instagram etc. will also be required to pay a deposit. This can be made via bank transfer (see details below) or using the PAY DEPOSIT button on the top banner of this website www.respectableinjectables.com.au
  • Deposits must be paid within 7 days.
  • Appointments are NOT guaranteed until a deposit is received.
  • Patients who do not pay a deposit will forfeit their appointment and the time may be offered to another patient.
  • Patients who decide during their appointment that they no longer wish to have a treatment will forfeit their deposit.
  • Patients who are unsure if they would like a treatment and are concerned that they might lose their deposit, are advised to book a consultation only. A follow up treatment can be planned once you have had time to consider your treatment options. Consultations remain complimentary.
  • If your treatment costs less than $100, you will not be required to pay anything extra at your appointment. Any remaining balance can be left on your account as a credit for next time OR if you prefer, we will be more than happy to refund the difference to you.

Cancellations and reschedules

  • SMS reminders are automatically sent 48hrs prior to your appointment.
  • If you cancel MORE than 24 hours prior to the appointment – 100% deposit refund.
  • If you cancel LESS than 24 hours prior to the appointment – 50% deposit refund.
  • If you cancel ON THE DAY or DO NOT SHOW for the appointment – 100% deposit forfeited
  • Requests for a booking to be rescheduled in the 24hrs prior to an appointment may be approved, however the deposit will be forfeited during this process and a future refund will not be possible. Further appointment changes may require another deposit. 
  • If a deposit was not paid during the booking process, the equivalent cancellation fee will be charged to your file and owing before future treatments are possible.

 

Please note that refunds are only able to be processed AFTER a payment has been cleared by the bank and received into the Respectable Injectables business account. This process may take several business days.

Please also note that if you cancel your appointment, the booking system will automatically convert your deposit into a credit attached to your file. If you would like it refunded back into your account please contact us as we need to do this manually.

Refunds may take several additional business days to appear in your bank account.
